Haha, sorry for the cut Q.

The below script will be telling you what is the different between a tutor and a team lead.

Wikipedia definition.

Tutor:

is a person employed in the education of others.

Team lead:

is someone who provides guidance, instruction, direction, leadership to a group of other individuals for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.

My definition.

Tutor:

is a person who will teach you everything and anything he knows, he will share with you all his knowledge, all his experience and all his thought no matter of whether you need to know or not.

Team lead:

is someone who provides guidance only when he need your help or when you are doing it and you need to know so as to achieve their goal, provide instruction whenever they like, such as helping you choose which date to go for training is the best timing for them, sometime give wrong direction which make you walk a big round for nothing, make use of the group of other individuals for the purpose of achieving his promotion.

and lastly, i will work harder for day 4 to day 17 scripts.
